A Step Up Stepping Stones

General Sales and Orders:

A Step Up Stepping Stones offers a variety of shapes, sizes, colors, and designs to fulfill your decorating needs. The Portfolio  link contains photos of available stones or stones that can be duplicated. Each stone you choose will be unique, acid stain causes a chemical reaction within the concrete to create a vivid multitonal color. You may request a stone through the Submit Order or Contact Us link. We will respond promptly. We are able to manufacture orders in approximately 7 business days. 

Rates: ( Most custom orders will qualify for the same rates)

• Garden Stones (8in. x 1.5in.): $16.00
• Stepping Stones (11.75in X 1.5in.): $21.00
• Walkway Stones (18in. x 2in.): $30.00

Large Orders:

A Step Up Stepping Stones accepts large orders. Depending on the size of the order a discounted rate may apply. Contact Us with details of your project and we will respond promptly.

Payments:

We currently offer PayPal and Google as methods of payment. If you are not able to make payment through either of them, we will accept a money order. Items will be shipped upon receipt of payment, unless custom ordered, then items will be shipped in approximately 7 business days from receipt of payment.

Shipping:

All of the products are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. We have set up an account for Flat Rate Shipping to alleviate the cost of shipping by weight. You should receive your purchase within 2-3 days from shipment. All stones are shipped insured with delivery confirmation. The cost of shipping is below. All available products will be shipped upon receipt of payment. All custom orders will be shipped upon completion, usually 7 business days, depending on the amount of detail being engraved into the stone.

The following shipping prices include Insured Flat Rate Shipping with Delivery Confirmation.

Up to three 8in. stones: $11.60 (multiples of three can be shipped in one package)

One 11in. Stone: $11.60 (if you order 2 now, you will save on shipping!)

Two 11in. Stones $13.95 (multiples of two can be shipped in one package)

18in. Stepping Stones do not qualify for Flat Rate shipping. Contact us with your location for shipping rates.

Returns:

A Step Up Stepping Stones wants all of our customers to be happy with their purchases. Please understand that acid stain chemically reacts with concrete to create multi-tonal hues, two stones stained the same color may not look "exactly" alike.

A Step Up Stepping Stones accepts returns under the following conditions:

• Mistake on custom orders (We will review the order with you to ensure your satisfaction)
• Damaged during shipping (All items are insured and bubblewrapped through shipping).
• Returns must be requested upon receipt of order and shipped back to us within 30 days. We will either correct your order or refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving the return. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Refunds will be issued via original method of payment.
